How do I change Vehicle Connectivity settings with SYNC?

You can enable or disable Vehicle Connectivity through the settings menu of your SYNC®* system using the instructions in this article.

We recommend keeping Vehicle Connectivity on for the best update experience.

Turning Vehicle Connectivity Settings On and Off

Important: Your vehicle must be parked and running, and in an open location (e.g., free of overhead foliage, ceilings, etc.).

Select your SYNC generation from the drop-down options below to learn how to modify your SYNC connectivity settings. If you need assistance determining the generation of your SYNC system, select the first drop-down option.

Note: If your SYNC generation is not listed, it does not have Vehicle Connectivity.
